I have been a patient of Dr. Baxter for decades and have stayed with him because he and staff are competent as well as treating me well. I have felt like I was visiting friends as well as having my eyesight well cared for as my body has changed. He and his staff have been super nice to my mother when she was alive and my wife also. It is rare that someone will spend as much time explaining what is going on with your eyesight as Dr. Baxter will. more

Dr. Baxter and his staff are wonderful! A little backstory...I'm new to this area, and not knowing who to go to, I just selected a random optometrist office that I had seen when passing by. I had a bad experience there, with an unprofessional doctor and three failed attempts at perfecting my glasses prescription. I knew I had to try someone else, and I was so glad to have found Dr. Baxter! First, every one of his staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Baxter was amazing, very nice and professional. He spent a good deal of time with me, checking and double-checking my vision. I knew that he cared very much that I got the most accurate Rx possible. I then had Crystal help me pick out frames. She, too, was very helpful, allowing me the time I needed to find the right ones. She picked out ones that fit my description of what I was looking for and I kept trying them on until we both settled on our favorite! When the glasses came in, the vision was PERFECT! Dr. Baxter nailed it! April helped me with the fitting and I now have glasses that provide me with exceptional vision and fit perfectly! I am so glad I found Dr. Baxter's office. Dr Baxter performs the best eye exam that I have ever had. He and his staff are professional and friendly making the visit a pleasure. I have always been seen at my appt. time.
