Baxter Avenue Theatre 3/30/2006

Pretty much the only place in Louisville to see movies somewhat outside the range of typical theatre fare. The prices are reasonable and the theatres are clean and comfortable, though the screens are a bit small. It's very conveniently located for going across to dinner at yummy restuarants before or after. more

Mid -town Movies 7/31/2005

Located in the Midcity Mall, Baxter Avenue Theaters offer a central place in town for movies. There is plenty of parking. The best thing of all is that they pop fresh popcorn in the lobby. That buttery aroma greets you as you stand in line for tickets. The also screen more indie films than the cinaplexes in the east end. more
