I rate as one star because I can't rate as zero. The ""doctor"" was good at freezing off pre-cancerous lesions as they appeared. But when I showed him a growth on my hand he took one look at it and said ""You've been picking at it (true) and I can't identify it."" With that he walked out. As it became more worrisome I went to another Doctor who identified it as Squamous cell carcinoma and confirmed it later with a independent lab test. It was immediately removed. Squamous is the second of three stages of skin cancer with the third phase fatal if not caught in time. All dr. Baugh (yes that small d is deliberate) had to do was take a biopsy and send it to the lab for identification. This was incompetance. If I get cancer somewhere you can bet his insurance company is going to hear about it.
