Called to fix my A/C. The tech told me my thermostat was bad and I needed one to diagnose my A/C. Of course the only one on the truck is $224.00 with thier club discount. 550.00 dollars later my a/c was working another (224.00 for a capacitor) but I had no heat after the tech left my house and I know it was working before he came. I went Walmart and got a programmable thermostat that worked for one tenth the price ($25.00). Looked up the capacitor and it was $64.00.Boy do I feel stupid! Call someone else. more

Dont Waste Your Time or Money!! 2/9/2011

A tech came to look at our furnace which wasn't working correctly. He was more of a sales man then a technician. By the time he left 2 1/2 hours later he "Flagged" our furnace and gave us a repair estmate for $2,500. He tried to convince me that purchasing a whole new system would be the best option and to get rid of my current 11 yr old furnace. My second opinion arrived an hour after him and $150 later I have heat. Thanks for Nothing One Hour!! more
