State Inspection and other work 11/14/2015

I was extremely happy with my visit this time to Battlefield Service Center. I knew that I needed a state inspection. Josh, the mechanic, recognized that I needed an oil change and a tire rotation without my saying a word. I really appreciate that. My husband and I think of Todd and Barbara like family because they always treat us with the utmost professionalism. more

LAST MINUTE FIX 10/5/2015

Noticed my son's headlight out on truck Thursday night, he had plans to go out of town Friday. Called Todd early Friday morning and he had my son come by after work and got him on the road right away. Always great service more

I was treated like an old friend 8/20/2015

Without going into detail, I went in to get my truck inspected. I didn't know Barbara before going in, but she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service on this level is rare at any establishment! more
