I went to get a battery for a game. Salesman was helpful he put the battery in and I paid. Got my receipt. He told me I had 14 days to return it. I got home I found out that the battery wasnt what was making the game not work. I took the battery back the manager said he had to charge me a restocking fee. I explained the saleman didnt give me the packing and insisted I was going to pay the restocking fee until I mention I would call home office. He refunded my money but his customer service was awful. He didnt even try to find out who the saleman was that did the sale. I call home office but it was a waste of time the manager had already called and covered his butt. The home office didnt say anything but you got your money back . Very poor customer service. I have worked in retail for 15 yrs for a top retailer and have to give good customer service but it is sad when I go to spend my money I get poor customer service and a manager who dont care if they give good customer service. I will never shop at any Battery Source again.
