Bath & Body Works

Good: I love the quality and variety of their products. Aromatherapy lines and all the signature lines. Their customer service is usually pretty good too, don't remember ever receiving a rude response when I've needed help.. Bad: It could just be me, but I hate being followed around a store by someone asking me if I need help, to only run into another worker asking the same question. It's really nice that they are there willing to help so you don't have to find someone to help you, but too much can be over baring. Some people like this and some don't. I just don't like to be asked more than twice in a small store if I need help. Or pressured into buying something.. Improvements: I don't see that this store needs much improvement, they're going to push products on you; it's a store. I guess not being SO pushy with welcoming people to the store.. Other: Clean and convenient store. Have a good variety like I've stated and usually has enough of the products in. The sales ROCK!. more

I love to go to this store just to smell stuff! They have such wonderful scents and none of it smells "plasticy". Their body sprays are great as they aren't too strong. I'm not real crazy about their regular body lotions as they aren't for people with dry skin. But, I love the body creams. They keep my skin nice all day. They have a great return policy. They will take back anything, for any reason and give you a store credit or an exchange. more

I love this store! Every one I have ever been the workers are very willing to help and answer any questions. They have a huge variety of lotions, soaps, etc. Sometimes it is a bit more expensive but it is worth it for something that is a little bit better! My favorite scent of theirs is the warm vanilla bean - I have the soap and lotion and I love it! If you watch they have some really good deals sometimes too, especially right after Christmas! more
