I would not hire them again. 10/27/2011

My whole family was in a car accident. The other driver was clearly at fault and cited. Jodat makes you believe that they will take care of you. It's a joke. They have had a big turnover in legal assistants in the past year and everything is a mess. Despite on-going medical problems from the accident they make excuses why you should settle for a pitiful amount. If they can't do the job, they should release the client and let them find another attorney. more

Horrible Service 8/10/2011

DO NOT use this law firm. I am a client. I had to beg them to return my call before my hearing...wich they finally did-the night before the hearing at 8pm. Kallan Eslich is my atty. He arrived an hour and a half late for court-the judge put count in recess until he showed up. When he finally did get there-he didn't do a thing to defend me! \r I still haven;t heard back from him or anyone else at the firm (my case is not over) and I emailed & called to ask several questions. They do not care, they just want your money! more

Handling my Case 4/6/2011

I've only been living in the area a short time and was involved in an automible accident. You can only imagine the stress, anxiety, and some depression that goes on when you're away from family and close friends during this time. Ms Neri, an attorney at Jodat, took scheduled for me to come in right away and totally put my mind at ease. I am especially thankful for the hardwork and committment shown to me by Cynndi Eckert. She has always answered my questions in a very timely manner . Even through our email messages, she has been able to comfort me when I really felt down and discouraged. I do not feel alone through all of this... I would highly recommend Jodat Law Group to anybody involved in a motor vehicle accident that wants excellent service.\r more

She really cares! 3/21/2011

After our car accident, my husband and I were guided through everything we needed with Ms Neri's help. The fast service we received was especially appreciated because we had no health insurance. We received all the care we needed, and all of the medical bills were payed. She made the whole process simple. I highly recommend her if you need a lawyer that will give quality care. more

great workers at a great law group 1/27/2011

WHEN YOU NEED LEGAL HELP FAST YOU CANNOT ALWAYS GET TO THE ASSIGNED ATTORNEY, DO TO COURT APPEARANCES ETC. BUT THE LEGAL ASSITANT IS ALWAYS ON THE JOB TO GIVE YOU THE EXPERT HELP NEEDED TO GET YOU ON THE RIGHT TRACK. THE JODAT LAW GROUP HAS A PARALEGAL NAMED CYNNDI ECKERT THAT DOES THE JOB AND THEN SOME. SHE GET THE INFORMATION NEEDED, MAKES THE APPOINTMENTS, ANSWERS THE PHONES SENDS THE EMAILS ALONG WITH THE FAXES. SHE IS A DICTIONARY OF THE RIGHT THINGS TO GET THE CLIENT ON THE RIGHT ROAD.. TERRIFIC SERVICE 12/6/2010

HER I WAS ON THE WAY TO THE HOSPITAL BY MANATEE EMTS AND I AM THINKING KNOW WHAT. AFTER I GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL I CONTACTED JODAT LAW ATTORNEYS AND TOLD ATTORNEY SHANNON NERI THAT AS I WAS PULLING OUT OF LOWELS PARKING LOT AN A SUV GOING TO GAS TAILENDED ME PUSHING ME ACROSS THE STREET. THE EMTS HAD TO TAKE ME OUT ON A BOARD. IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME BUT THE LAW FIRM AND MS NERI HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A POSITVE DIRECTION THE WHOLE TIME. GREAT HELP 12/6/2010

I WAS REAR ENDED BY A TRUCK AND WAS HURTING. NOT KNOWING WHICH WAY TO TURN I SAW THE FLASHING SIGN, FOR ATTORNEYS. ATTORNEY SHANNON NERI ADVISED ME OF ALL THE INS AND OUTS AND WHAT PROCEDURES THAT I WAS TO FOLLOW. Dont use no one else 12/1/2010

If you need a criminal attorney, go to Jodat! My attorney Jamie was the truth, he got whatevr he wanted and then some. I had two co-defendents and I got far and away the best deal of all of us. Very cheap to. If you use anyone else, your crazy, trust me. more
