Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Rstrs

I ordered my favorite drink here: Carmel / Coconut Breve on Ice. I have never had a worse drink than I did at Batdorf & Bronson. The coffee shots they poured in were from a jug of old coffee (or flavoring?). My drink may not be a connoisseur's choice, but I still appreciate a good, fresh shot of espresso. Several days later I went to a drive through stand in Napavine. I watched her do the SAME THING with the OLD COFFEE shots. It made sense when the cup she handed me had the Batdorf & Bronson logo on it. The interior decorating at the capital way location was very pleasant. The coffee was TERRIBLE The price was as high or higher than Starbucks I rarely ever write negative reviews and I'm not the kind of person who demands my money back or complains.....but for a $5.00 drink I expect the coffee to be fresh and delicious. more

This is a great place to try better coffees. Its local and also has a location near the Olympia Market. They allow you to try out coffees before you buy, the small cafe has pastries also. Its a fun place to meet others. They also have a wholesale operation in Atlanta, Georgia. They are good to explain the different types of coffees. You can see the roasting operation at the other location. Very friendly people. You can buy whole beans as well as get ground coffees. more

Batdorf and Bronson is a coffee roasting, coffee tasting and coffee house company. They have a couple of locations in Olympia including this one that is in a new building and very nice. good coffee and great staff. the building is spacious and friendly. you should definitely check it out when you are in Olympia. more
