I recently visited their clinic for annual check up. At the information desk, they just asked for my health insurance card, gave me the paperwork to fill out and whisked me in for the the check up. After completion of the check up and various tests which took appx. 3hrs, I was checked out without asking for the payment. Later they billed me for copay of $25 and $25 billing charges. I contacted them several times but the office manager was not available. Finally, she called to let me know that they had informed me about the payment, which is a lie and that I chose to have the billing sent. Who in their right mind would tell them to bill when there is an additional charge of $25. It seems they have documentation of the same. Such a conversation never took place. Earlier my husband called in and told them to charge $25 to our credit card. They went ahead and charged $50. I told them about that and they said that my husband had authorized the same. I think they are not there to serve the patients but cheat them.
