Great ""Go To"" Folks!!! 3/3/2012

Well talk about great job! Never called them before, but I will next time too. Mike responded well to my request for a call back. I was without heat on a 40 deg. day and needed some expert help ASAP. All though he was not able to show up immediately, he was able to talk me through some technical issues and we discovered the problem after great patience on his part. Folks if you need a quality company with a great attitude, having your satisfaction as their priority, these guys are it. thanks again, Michael C. more

Was very pleased with the service tech that came out to tune up our furnace. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and to top it all off....very affordable! Would recommend this company. more

*EXCELLENT COMPANY* 2/4/2011

A company you can count on. I was having trouble with my heater it would turn on and off. However, I still had heat it just wouldn't warm as usual. I had an appointment set up however, the technicians were extremely busy due to the blistery week we had this week temperature in -20s and could they could not get in time for my appointment. The company arrange for next day service in the morning and get a discount for the inconvenience I agree. Within 2 minutes hanging up the phone, I received a call asking if they could come in the evening time and I agreed. The owner himself came to my home and took care of the problem. He was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgable. I am happy to have chosen this company I will continue to do business with them. more

A company you can depend on 1/31/2011

Our heater quit working in the middle of the night. We called at least 5 or 6 heating companies in Colorado Springs and Basset Heating was the only company that bothered to call us back. They not only responded but had a truck out to our home in less than 45 minutes and were able to get our heater up and running again without charging us an arm and a leg. Great Customer Service 1/26/2011

I came home from work to find it 58 degrees in the house. When i looked at the furnace, i had an error code of 13 (Carrier Unit). I called Basset and spoke with Mike; he walked me through a manual reset procedure that worked like a charm. \r \r Mike, thank you for your assistance, We appreciated it.\r \r I will definitely use Basset for any of my HVAC needs.\r more

Really good experience 4/8/2010

I used Basset Heating/AC to install my new ac system after considering other companies partly because of the other reviews I read about them. All I can say is that I am very happy that I did.\r Their price was fair and the service I received was superior. Their installers showed up right on time as promised and did a masterfull job putting my new system in. When they finished I was given a walkthrough on the entire system and shown everything I needed to know on how to operate and maintain the system.\r This was put in just over two years ago and I've had no problems at all. High Fives 2/25/2010

They were able to fix our heating problem that we've been living with ever since we bought our home. We had very poor air circulation upstairs because of no cold air returns. Two other heating companies we had look at the problem told us there was no way to get return ducting into the upstairs of our home. When Darren at Basset Heating came out he quickly saw a way to solve this issue. We were really encouraged by his enthusiam and knowledge of his job. He was able to put in 3 returns in our upstairs bedrooms and wow what a huge difference! Very trustworthy 1/6/2010

They fixed my furnace and did not try and sell me a new one. They were very honest and upfront with me. I had another company tell me my furnace was too old and needed to be replaced. Basset fixed my ""old"" furnace for much less than I was expecting and it's been working just great. Not only that but they gave me a 1 year warranty on the repair. Installed new air conditioner 6/2/2009

They just did an outstanding job putting in a new ac for us and really took there time to go over everything before leaving. They even called us back a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was working well and ask if we had any questions and to make sure we received our warranty paperwork. I had three estimates for a new heating and cooling system and Basset Heating & AC was not only the most affordably priced, but they offered the best warranty and were the only one that was able to answer all of our questions and make us feel completely comfortable with our decision. Janet handled all of our financing paperwork and was very helpful in getting everything in order. The installers were very professional and courteous and took their time in explaining everything we needed to know about the new heater and ac.
