They have everything! 8/30/2005

This place has such a huge selection of anything that you would need for any outdoor event. My favorite part of going there is walking over to their enormous fireplace area where they've created a lodge-like sitting area:) It's the first place I'll go for a gift certificate for any of the men in my family. more

If you like the outdoors... 7/22/2005

If you are an outdoor sports person, this is your haven. They have it all under one roof...well, actually it kind of spills out into the parking lot sometimes too. I am really not an outdoors person, but I have to shop for people who are. They love when I shop at Bass Pro Shops. I can find anything for them here...from fishing to boating, camping, hunting, you name it. The staff is helpful...very important if you are like me...one who knows nothing about anything that is sold here. It is a huge store, with lots of outdoor equipment --an outdoors persons haven...I think. more

Absolutely love this store 7/4/2005

You would think this store was just for men. But let me tell you, my daughter and I spent hours in this store looking at everything. They have many stuffed animals, from racoons, to deer, to bears. They have a huge aquarium in the center of the store and we could have spent more hours just watching all the fish. They have everything a sporting person could ever want. more

  • In 1971 young Johnny Morris, frustrated by the lack of tackle in local stores, rented a U-Haul trailer and took off across the country filling it with the newest premium fishing tackle he could find.
