Well, if you weren't looking for it, you'd pass it! Sandwiched in a small part of this strip mall, sits a very delicious and affordable Thai restaurant. You get a generous portion of food for the price you pay. I would say Thai Basil is comparable to another great restaurant which can be found along the Southcenter Parkway next to Red Robin. If you're in Kent, visit Thai Basil. I would guess you'd be just as satisfied as I've been each time I have eaten here. Pros: Price, Quality, Service Cons: Located obscurely in a strip mall more

The taste of the food here is superb. It's the best Thai restuarant at which I have ever eaten, by far. The restuarant is family owned, and you may be served by the owner's beautiful daughters. The atmosphere is pleasant, bright, and sunny (well, for Seattle), with some nice Thai wall hangings. But it's the quality of the food that will keep you coming back. Everything is made up fresh from "scratch," and it is unbeatable. Pros: Can handle groups, Parking is close, Very reasonable price more

Thai basil 7/8/2003

Thai Basil is without a doubt, the hands down winner of all Thai food restaurants in the northwest. I have had Phad Thai throughout the states and found that this little Kent Thai restaurant is by far the best ever!! Friends and I have been known to drive the 60 miles it takes to get there just for dinner. It is that good. Pros: Great food, Great Price, Great Service Cons: Only one, Ambience isn't as goo more
