Oh, right under our noses in our neighborhood and we had never been here ! Shame on us!\r Top rate service, excellent food, no disappointments and cappuccino with real, yes real, \r froth . We will return! Sean was our server , top notch. more

Fun spot for lunch, even if your female coworkers might be a little put off by the sexy photographs on the walls (think sex kittens from the Everglades.) Truffle purses were in a sauce that was almost too rich, but it certainly didn't stop everyone from asking for extra bread to mop up the sauce. Don't miss the shrimp skewers. Some of the best service I've experienced in this area. I don't know where they find their servers but they're great. more

Great experience. Great food and service. Knowledgable servers and management who obviously enjoy what they do. The meatloaf was beyond amazing. Upgrade to the truffle fries or tator tots (if they still have any left!). We will definitely be coming back to try more from this hidden gem. more

I went here not expecting much, but was curious after rave reviews from others that I know are foodies. All I can say is that it was well worth it. Yes the location is unexpected in a pretty nondescript plaza but the food is totally worth it. The staff is all very knowledgeable and will give an honest opinion based on your likes and dislikes so be confident that they will steer you in the right direction. This is one you definitely have to try. more

On Saturday, May 6, my family and I dined at Bash for the first time. With a drive from Parkland, we all hoped Bash would live up to all of the great comments we have heard about them. I can emphatically say all 6 of us did. Our service was outstanding, the specials were amazing and dessert was to die for. Not one complaint, except for the drive ; (\r \r Keep up the good work...well worth the drive - we will be back soon!!! more

Heard about Bash and finally went. Sorry but what a waste of not only my money but my only free night. I could get over all the surrounding stores been closed but would have thought this entrance to your work place each day would have pushed the chef to focus on getting just the basics right. I came to taste so myself and my dinning partner order a range of starters. We were able to pick our way through 2. The bacon on my Goddess salad passed so quickly over the pan it forgot to cook itself. Fine if it wasn't all over my salad. The mushroom dish was edible but comical in using obviously jarred tapenade. Flatbread was just that, flat and after five minutes at the table a solid mass that my fork wouldn't penetrate so alas stayed on the table. The drunken goat cheese salad was indeed drunk and forgot to coat itself in anything other than a remnant of crust, we just wondered what happened to the rest of it and who allowed it out of the kitchen. It just seemed like Bash has been Bashed to death and now little if any care was taken with the execution of the food. Strange not to be offered coffee or dessert by the waiter but maybe it was near his knock off time, or as some of you would by now think maybe it was us. Sorry I never complain unless I think there is value and there just didnt seem to be any. So we enjoyed our wine and conversation and wondered how long it would be before this restaurant joins it's neighbors. Great potential, terrible execution.\r Save your time and money:( more

Just had the most amazing burger - called the Whoo Dat - Bash has out done themselves - it is giant - it is a blackened burger topped with cheese, grilled red onions, a fried pickle spear, bacn, jalapenos and a sauce they call "VooDoo" Sauce - then served with a knife through it - really insane - and as always their truffle fries are amazing - IT IS A MUST TRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Wow! I have lived in Sunrise for 22 years unaware of this amazing restaurant so close to home! The service was great and the food is exquisite! You don't need teeth to eat the beef short ribs. Everything we ate was just so much tastier and more flavorful than most places we've eaten. Highly recommend it for wonderful food, service and reasonable prices! more

We have followed Chef Shannon since his days at Waxy O'Connors, and just recently found him at Bash Cafe...he is amazing with comfort food, beautiful paltes, food people want and manages to sneek in his New Orleans flair everywhere he goes. I had the ribs and they are out of this world, and my husband had his Etouffee Ravioli's that where the special of the night - WOW - didn't even think of that being possible...we truly enjoyed this meal and the service was inpeciable. The end to this outstanding meal was a flourless chocolate cake - OMG - it was sinful...we will be back as often as possible. more

It's always a mouth-watering and memorable experience for me and all that I introduce to Bash. I loved everything on the menu from the truffle fries and must-have mac-n-cheese to the pork tenderloin and drunken goat salad. Bash is a culinary trip off the beaten path that everyone should take! more

Bash consistently wows me. \r \r This time, we took 1 new person. Appetizers: bbq pork flatbread (which I nicknamed Orgy Pizza as that's the delights you'll have in your mouth, all at once) and calamari, fresh and delightful with an addictive sweet and spicy sauce. Entrees: flatiron steak (simple and perfect), short ribs which melt in your mouth and barely need the knife, and meatloaf. If you mom made meatloaf like this, you'd still be living at home. My only complaint (and it's tiny) is that the meatloaf was so tightly packed into it's mold that it looked a little like spam from the can, but touched with the fork it fell all to pieces. \r \r They even got some new art! \r \r The wait staff was friendly and worked together perfectly, as always. I love a great restaurant that doesn't have a wait on a Friday night. Bash is a favorite. more

I used to love Bash, the food was amazing......but I heard through the grapevine that the Chef left and unfortunately, you can tell. The food is definitely not what it use to be. It's unfortunate I hope to find where Chef Nikki went to and make that our new regular place. more
