I have had such a problem with contractors in the past but these guys were a sinch to work with. Always on time, always clean, always told me up front what to expect. There is not a thing I can say bad about them and believe me I looked for it! more

Can you tell Im excited? My basment has been done for 6 months and it looks great. Not a single problem and I still cant wait to take my shoes off when I get home so I can head downstairs to be with my family. Nothing like a good game of pool. more

we didnt have any major issues. Its contruction so it can never go smoothe but I am pleased with the proffesionalism that we recieved from them. They did what they said they'd do and i am ok with that. I have hired them for more than one project. In fact its been 3 now and each one the same results...I am deffinately satisfied. more

Who's to say you cant rely on great customer service? Basements and Beyond asked all the right questions. They called at all the important and appropriate times. I am very excited to use our new basement. Here I come!!! more

Basement Pros 2/24/2012

It was hard ,at first, to chose someone to find a company I trusted and wanted to allow in my home with my wife and children. After meeting with their estimator and our project manager my mind was settled. They came in did what they were supposed to in a normal amount of time and their professionalism was shown real fast. We are VERY HAPPY!!! Great company. more

Best Company Ever!!! 2/17/2012

Wow I am so happy I went with my gut feeling and HIRED these guys. They know what they are talking about and they did the work fast and as professional as could be. I over paid them for my carpet and they gave me a refund without any question. In fact I didn't have to remind them. We are very very VERY PLEASED with the quality and professionalism that we received. I would refer them to anyone. more

These Guys Are Scammers!!! 3/27/2011

This company is very dis-honest. They are the previouse owners of UPSCALE DOWNSTAIRS. The company Screwed all there sub-contractors and many Homeowners. BE VERY ADVISED AND DO NOT LET THESE GUYS IN YOUR DOOR. They dont even have there owner liscense, because they do not have the time or EXSPERIENCE to get ti on there own. Randon is a two faced snake and Cameron is not much diffrent. They will take your money and run, just as they did mine. $15,0000. more
