Perhaps it's the two bouncers, er, ladies at the door who decide if you're worth helping before letting you into the store to look around...\r
Perhaps it's the way that nobody actually offers to show you a product, but instead points you around the corner in the direction of your item...\r
Perhaps it's how they don't even stop eating lunch to shake your hand, welcome you in, help you find something you're looking for...\r
Perhaps it's how they make you feel like you're completely unimportant and beneath them...\r
\r
Maybe it's me, but when buying at a $6,000 refridgerator I'd have expected them to make a little more effort to help out. Perhaps I didn't dress well enough...who knows. Just suggest that if you need to go to Basco, you might want to wave $100s around and dress in your finest Canali or Brioni if you want to be taken seriously. \r
