Very poor communication and follow up skills. After unforeseen surgical complications patient was told ""I told you not to get that surgery."" Had assistant speak with patient about increasing medication dosage with incorrect information about current dose. Patient had to correct staff about previously prescribed dosage. Did not respond to orthopedic surgeon and physical rehabs request for additional referral. Refused referrals to specialists at the last moment and accused patient of ""not caring about (her own) health care"". A complaint is currently being filed with Tri-County Physicians about quality of care.
Pros: Walk in appointments, within HMO group with excellent specialists
Cons: poor communication skills with patient and by his own admission his staff
