It's harder to find good vehicle service out there than you think. These guys are the real deal and the prices are fair.

Gary and the Staff are great! 7/31/2014

I recently took my car to Barr's. The shop was clean and Gary is knowledgeable about all that he does. I had one complaint, I needed all motor mounts replaced and only the upper was replaced. The rest of the work that was done on the car was good and had no problems. Make sure you get your quotes to verify all the services/ parts replaced before saying yes. Just to ensure that all parties are on the same page. Thank you Jamie, Gary and the rest the Barr's Auto! more

Fantastic 7/24/2014

We took in our old van with an air conditioner problem. We were kept informed all along the way and were told we could fix it, but it would cost a lot and were told what the ptoblem was. The cost was very reasonable and I appreciated that they did not attempt to try and fix something that was not really worth fixing. more

Great service at an affordable price. Gary and his staff did a wonderful job replacing my AC system. Showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and kept me informed the entire time. Reasonable prices, great service, and pleasant place to do business. What more could you ask for? more

Honest and Fair treatment 7/23/2014

Needed first MO State Vehicle Inspection. They got me in with no appointment. Had a burnt out bulb I was not aware of, but they replaced it and I was out the door in less than an hour, with reasonable charge for inspection and bulb replacement. more

check engine light on 4/7/2014

There was multiple codes on the computer it appeared that there was a wiring issue based on the information. The bill came in under estimate. Praise The Lord! That doesn't always happen. more

The mechanics are very thorough in their work. They show you the defective parts and give advice & suggestions as to what work needs to be done. The price for getting the work done is well worth the expertise & quality of work done. more

Our annual inspection indicated repairs. Gary, the owner, explained "clearly" the repairs needed and performed them quickly and per the budget, WITHOUT "padding" the repair list with needless repairs. Good to find an honest shop that still works for the individual, unlike so many dealers and repair shops. more

I would like to thank Gary for his help with my car issues. After everything that we went through it was nice to have someone that cares about his customers!!! Whenever I have come into the shop with issues Gary has always explained things & has never treated me like a "dumb female" like so many other aout places do. more
