My relative is in the mausoleum and has been there for 14 years. We were told when they were placed there that the mausoleum was going to be finished. According to the codes and how things should be, it should have been finished no more than 6 years after it was started. Apparently, it has been more than 6 years and there is still no lighting, heating, air and so on that is suppost to be there. I ask myself, ""What is the hold up?"" The most recent of my concerns with this place is that caring family members, not just our family, but others take the time to place items on their family member's individual mausoleum and they take it all down. They took everything that was on the mausoleums and tossed them into all together in a pile. We were told to go through it and get what was ours'. They did not notify anyone that they were taking these items down, although they said it was due to complaints being made by others. Yet, they have made no attempts to contact anyone and let them know of these complaints or to let them know they would be removing all items attached to each mausoleum. We did not find out they have removed these items until a relative went to visit. That right there shows no respect for the individuals placed to rest there or their family. When one of us called and questioned the removal of the items that were placed on the mausoleum, one of the employees was very rude, cold hearted and even went so far as to hang up on us. I feel that anyone considering this place think very long and hard before choosing it. We do plan to continue our investigation into why the mausoleum is not finished and what they plan to do about the rudeness and cold hearted attitudes of their employees.
