At first glance, this is a very nice apartment complex. It is built more like townhomes with several ammenities. Apartments are spacious and we liked the 2 gyms and pools. Now for the bad: The walls are paper thin....and I do mean paper thin. You can hear those above and beside you having discussions even at a normal level. The plumbing is atrocious and you will have to use a plunger frequently. The maintenance personnel usually take a day or two to get to any problems you have. If you have a pet...forget about it. They charge a ridiculous ""Pet Fee"" of $250 per pet. It is not until you move out that you learn it is non-refundable and does not actually cover any damages to the apartment, but is rather to cover the costs of the upkeep of the grounds. If you pet has an accident of any kind, expect to have to pay to replace the carpet in the entire apartment. They will not even attempt to steam clean it. If you actually want to use the theater room or clubhouse, they will charge you to use it, so having these facilities is not as good a deal as they make it out to be. While I do not recommend this place, if you do decide to live here, make sure that you go over EVERYTHING with a fine tooth comb....and do not be suprised when they present you with rediculous charges when you leave.
Pros: Seperated Sectional Units
Cons: Paper Thin Walls, Poor Customer Service, Misleading Management
