I have been seeing Dr. Francis for several years for a chronic skin condition. She has given nothing but the best of care. She is professional, smart, and even more importantly has a compassion that is rare in doctors now-a-days. At times I have to wait, but I know that it is because she is taking as much time with others as she is with me. more

Not Satisfied 8/22/2008

This review is for Barrington Derm. in general, not a specific doctor. Our primary physician's practice is across the street from Barrington and sends them all of the derm. referrals. When my primary tried to get an urgent appt with them for my son within a week, she was told that was not possible. They offered a date 3 weeks out. We ended up going to another derm. who I was familiar with from a while back. He turned out to be wonderful and got us in two days later. I could not believe they turned my doctor down after all of the professional courtesy extended to Barrington over the years. I felt that was very poor form and unprofessional. We had to change the referral # with the insurance co. etc. - a hassle! more

Dematology 8/12/2008

I have been with Dr. Francis for 2 years now and have been very pleased with her service. I needed photo-therapy after developing a skin rash from strep, and they had hours that fit my work schedule, so I never had to take time off for these visits. \r Appointment waits are short, so I am in & out quickly. more
