Rude staff, slow service 2/12/2007

This place was awful. The waitress was incredibly rude to both me and my wife. When I asked for a refill of coffee, she didn't even respond. She came back with the coffee maybe 20 mins. later. No wonder I don't eat in West Linn; it' s full of snobby young people who are rude to their customers. Needless to say, we did not leave a tip. Go somewhere else, but not this place. more

Horrible Restaurant! 7/27/2006

My daughter and I thought that we would stop in for lunch...sitting by the fountain in the sun sounded wonderful. When we received our meal a sandwhich & salad for me and noodles for my daughter. My plate came with a hair, I promptly returned the plate to the waitress who took the plate and returned with the SAME food on a new plate! My daughter had 12 or 13 noodles (small ones) that we paid $4.00 for and a $2.25 soda! When we received the bill totally $14.50 for horrible service I was appalled. I would NEVER go back to this restaurant nor would I recommend this snotty, stuck up place to anyone I know. Pros: sunny setting Cons: snotty, slow service....disgusting and horrible value more

Unfortunately the owner is a legend in his own mind. Worked for Nike food service and believes that made a difference. The food is mediocre at best, the service has improved since my last visit. They would do better trying to improve the flavor and quality rather than be so "avant garde" because it is just not being carried off. The place is a turn off for sure. Pros: close if you live WL, Good music Cons: Food, Decor, Prices more

Slow service! Marginal food! I'll never go back! 5/8/2005

I decided to take my family to the bistro for Mothers day...What a huge mistake! The service was the worst I've had in years. The server was snotty and slow. We waited a full hour before we had been served our food and when it finally came it was marginal and uneventful at best. By the time we got our food everyone was wanting to leave and go somewhere else. What a disappointment. I don't recommend Barrington's Bistro at all. SORRY Mom, I'll make it up to you. Cons: slow, marginal food, stuffy service more
