Barrett Wood Floors

I wish I had called Barrett Hardwood Floors years earlier! My allergy doctor told me to get rid of my carpets and my allergies would be better. He was right! I called Barrett, had my bedroom, family room and living room carpets removed and installed hardwoods. The entire process was easy, much of the work was completed while we took a week long vacation. You have to be able to trust a company who has unsupervised access to your home while you are away. Always do a background check on any small business, especially the owner and the workers who will be in your home. I came home to find our house secure, dust free and was very satisfied. I used Barrett Hardwood Floors to refinish all of my hardwood floors. I had some friends and family members who had used them, and I had seen the work they did for my sister. We knew we needed a company. My husband had done one room before, and it was a lot of work and he wouldn't do it again. The project with Barrett was phenomenal. We had to empty the rooms of all the furniture before we went on vacation, and we entrusted them with everything while we were gone. The rooms they weren't working on weren't dirty, and the floors they did turned out great. It was six months ago, and I still wake up every morning, go downstairs and go, "I love these floors." They are so clean. more

We called Barrett Hardwood Floors and made an appointment for them to see the rough state of the floors. The appointment was made within a day or two, and it was for a Thursday or Friday. They came to see the floors and had a good price. I had a price from a different company, and they matched it. They had an opening for the following Monday to start, and by Wednesday it was completed. They made our existing 91 year old floors look brand new. We are very happy with them. They were a good bunch of young guys. They were very motivated and concerned about making us happy. They told me about the different kinds of floors I have. I would recommend others to use them. One of the people I recommended to them also had them remove the lead of the old varnish from their floors. They are certified to get rid of lead in flooring. more
