I have purchased two cars from Barrett motors and intend to buy another one when mine is paid off. Cars are priced right! If you cannot afford repairs they work with you. Pros: best customer service anywhere Cons: Too many cars to choose from more

Great Customer Service 12/8/2009

I purchased a car at Barrett Motors in May of 2007. The salesman, (no longer there), showed me two cars, and I selected the newer and nicer, or so I thought, of the two. The staff was terrific granting me financing, and even split the down payment so I could afford to make it on pay days. Pros: Terrific customer service Cons: Choose vehicle carefully more

Great Cars/Great People 12/1/2009

My family has been a customer for Barrett Motors for the last 10 years, purchasing a total of 11 cars (there are a lot of us). Each of the cars we have purchased has been in great running condition. The only mechanical work I had done on any of them was to replace 1 fuel pump (I had the car for 3 years before that). The people at Barrett Motors make every effort to know who you are and to help you with any concerns you may have. They have always been willing to work with me or any of my family members through any issues or concerns we may have had. I tell everyone I know who is looking for a used car to go by and see them because they are good people, and they sell good cars. Pros: Great Cars/Great People more

I am new to Barrett Motors and am loving their customer service so far. David at the Garland lot made sure that I got what I wanted with a car note that fit my budget. Pros: work with to get you what you want Cons: not any yet more

Barrett Motors works well with costumers! 11/25/2009

Barrett Motors has always worked with me no matter what the issues are. They always find a way to keep their costumers happy! Pros: They work well with issues on late payments. Cons: You have to put a big down payment depending on your credit! more
