I never got my order. Called ""customer service"" it's a clearing house that tells you to wait 30 days. I tried to submit a Paypal claim, but as long as they print out a Paypal...

I never got my order. Called ""customer service"" it's a clearing house that tells you to wait 30 days. I tried to submit a Paypal claim, but as long as they print out a Paypal label and don't send you anything they are covered and tell you that it's an apartment and someone else took it. Well there are only 4 units here and two are vacant for the summer. The website sucks and you can't even check your order. Do not buy from these thieves, Paypal won't help you get your money back. more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I had the worst experience. First they did not ship my order in a timely manner which I needed for a fundraiser. Then when I spoke to them about a refund and sending it back initially they said it was not problem. I NEVER OPENED THE BOX, with that said I had to call 3 weeks straight about my refund. The customer service person was rude on most occasions and then when I finally received my refund it was only a partial refund. They sited that I was charged a processing fee which is beyond ridiculous to me. When all is said and done I am out of $70 plus dollars and no products. Save yourself the headache and order from another company! more

Never again 7/15/2011

I bought shakers from these guys that came in two pieces. These pieces are supposed to fit together. At least that is what it says on their website. They do not fit. When I complained about this I was told I would have to pay for the shipping return myself. To ship these overseas again would have cost me nearly $200 in total for a set of shakers valued under $40. Barproducts lied about their product in order to sell it and then took no responsibility. I have since heard very similar stories from others who have dealt with them. This is not a company I would be foolish enough to do business with again and I would highly recommend others take a wide berth also. more

I will NEVER order ANYTHING from these idiots again!!! 8/25/2010

The worst experience I've EVER had ordering products. you may get your order, and you may not...... I asked to speak to the customer service manager and was spoken down to and then hung up on. These folks have no training what-so-ever with customer care or common courtesy ZERO, ZILCH, NADA. the bar industry is an extension of the hosptality industry of which these guys understand little or NOTHING. I HOPE these crooks are out of business soon and if its up to me they will be as I will tell everyone I can FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. more
