Stopped here on the way to the airport to catch our flight home. I told the waitress we were cutting it close and she was great! She rushed our food out and brought us the check immediately. The stone crabs were great and the view on the water was really relaxing and comfortable in the rocking booths that they have.\r more

My business has taken me all over Florida to different powersports dealers and I do have to say that the family at Barney's of Brandon is one of the best. They always seem to go the extra mile for their customers and they are not like all these other fly by night dealerships. What makes me most impressed is how professional they run their business and how long they have been doing it- I think it is around 65 years. Great job Barneys!\r more

Decent service but be cautious on repairs. 4/4/2012

Service is decent compared to most motorcycle shops; however, I'd be careful with repairs. Had my valves adusted a while back. Did it this time myself and found they didn't even screw in the speedmeter cable. (you have to remove the tank.) Also picked up spark plugs, the assured me the were pre gapped. I put them in and the bike ran terrible. When I checked them, I found they were WAY off and each gap was different. Bike ran great once they had the proper gap. Bottom line, it seems like they may rush things a bit and forget details on repairs. more

Satisfied 8/10/2011

I was at Barneys May 27 getting my tires put on my GSXR 750 and the service given by Kenny Gaudio was excellent. He was very informative on the tire pressure and the tires themselves. Also took the time to give me his opinion on a couple of exhaust that I had some questions about. Thank you Kenny for going above and beyond your duties to help me. more

I actually want to commend you and your team for the great service I received last Friday. Brian had ordered some tires and value stems for my FJR and Kenny upgraded my PR2's to the new PR3's. He had good reports about the new Michelins from another customer and passed this information on to me. I appreciate the professionalism of your entire staff. more

He quickly came up with an economical and solid solution that saved me money and hassles. Just a quick word to tell you how pleased I am with the new ATV I recently purchased from your store. I am especially appreciative of the years of excellent service and experience I received from Kenny Gaudio in your service department. I have been bringing him my old unit for many years and when I needed a new one he was quick to set me up with the information I needed and the sales staff, who assisted me in getting what I wanted. Best Dealership of All 8/2/2011

I have filled out surveys and postcards but I would like to personally tell you what I like the Barney's of Brandon. I was just in the dealership today and I like the way I am treated the most. Kenny, in the Service Dept, goes out of his way to help me out. Every time I email Craig E (Sales), he gets back to me right away. Tyler(Service) is just a genuinely good guy. You can go to a restaurant that has the best food in town but if the people don't treat you well, I will not go back. more

I thought I would let you know what a good job Kenny did in coordinating and installing the front and rear tires on my M-109R the 280 is much better tire. Also, Kenny helped a lot on letting me know about checking the oil on that bike. I didn't know exactly the procedure to check on it, now I do. I need to do a valve adjustment real soon. I see you guys in a couple of weeks. more

I came here on a Saturday looking for my first bike and I can't tell you enough of how satisfied I was with my visit - especially with Craig in sales. What a big difference from Motorsport of Tampa. Great attitudes w/ great service 7/11/2011

I wanted to thank Barney's of Brandon for their great services they offered to me and my company. I was very satisfied with the treatment that I received. I own a 2008 roadster Can-Am Spyder and was having concerns with the brake light and unit running rough. I wasn't able to get the problem resolved until I came here to Barney's. I consulted with the dealership and all my concerns were taken care of within a few days and my Spyder was back and running great! more
