Emergency Repair 3/29/2014

Leticia had a vehicle emergency with Cadillac electrical system at around 4:30pm. She was scheduled to drive to Lubbock the next morning at 530am. Thankfully, she was able to get the vehicle to Barney's. Technicians on duty analyzed the problem and were able to repair it immediately, and at very modest cost. Excellent--I was so pleased with Barney's evaluation of a problem with a pickup not starting. I was prepared to pay for the diagnosis but it was without charge. Great service even if there had been a charge. more

Had to have my car towed there. Fuel leak fixed in a few hours. They have no problem transporting me back and forth to work while the car is being worked on. Barney and the whole crew are honest Christian folks. more

I still can't get over the way the folks at Barney's treated me! From the first phone call to picking up my truck after repairs, I was met with a smile. Even better, they never failed to answer any question I asked about my truck...the cost of the repairs...the work that would be done.... EVERY question had a direct, honest answer. Seldom found anywhere today! The technician told me what was wrong, suggested doing some other "logical" maintenance while doing the repairs... but didn't try to push me at all. PERFECT SERVICE! PERFECT! That's hard to get from me. I am fussy about my vehicle. I'll be back!! more

They kept me up to date with what was going on, charged me fairly, and even pulled the car around for me when I picked it up. They were always pleasant to talk to, and clearly put the customer first. more
