Have a computerized Maytag Atlantis Dryer and hired Barnes to repair it. The dryer had trouble starting however, once it started it would complete a cycle and stop on its own. Barnes botched the repair, and blew out the Maytag IntelliDry sensor (twice). Now I have a dryer that will not stop (read fire hazard). Repairman tried to claim that I did not need the sensor. The IntelliDry sensor tells the dryer to stop by sensing the clothes dampnesss. I dealt with them for a 8 week period of time. During this time they asked to remove my dryer from my home to work on it. I declined that offer. Also, without my permission repairmen removed the schematic from the rear of my dryer to "study" it. On one scheduled repair time, they showed up 5 hours late without any work equipment. Not sure of their intentions, however repairing my Maytag was not on his agenda. Rather than admit that they were out of their league with a computerized Maytag Dryer, Barnes said that my dryer " needs to be recalled". Ended up stopping payment via my Visa credit card and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Must hire another repairman to correct their botched work. I wanted to use a minority owned business, however this was a poor choice. A real Amos and Andy business. Beware........
