Employees at the B&N Booksellers can and have been rude whenever you need assistance with a Nook HD+ that was just purchased. The B&N Store i'm speaking of is located in Vancouver,WA. This occures whenever I unfotunately need to speak to them over the phone. I'ts funny how attitudes change with the employees whenever you can get to their store and speak to them in person. Because of this discrepency,I,m not sure,yet, what I'm going to do with the Nook I just purchased. I also have a Kindle Tablet that I've found to be so much easier to use,yet the reason I bought a Nook was to for reading purposes and the Kindle for watching Amazon instant videos and Netflix on when away from home; Amazon instant videos since I have Amazon Prime.
