i was a devoted customer to john rollins and i was a little disappointed when barnes and nobles came in. i thought it was just going to be another impersonal, trendy place. but even though i don't buy the overpriced coffee, their employees have kept me coming back. they have helped me numerous times to find specific books and even recommended a couple when i wasn't sure what i was looking for. the customer service is wonderful, even if the internet isn't free.(or maybe it's just me and i can't figure it out :))
