They need to fire that cranky old man Ed who does "story hour" in the \r children's section. He is rude and insulting and he needs to learn to mind his business. I can't understand how the manager would let such a miserable grump work in the children's section. Ed should be fired immediately. more

Great book store 9/6/2005

I find this store well stocked in books. Also they get books in very quickly if you reserve. You sometimes find good deals on certain books. They also organize story time for young kids. PROS: Good collection of books CONS: more

Great book store 7/21/2005

This Barnes and Noble is always clean, even the bathrooms. The air conditioning is always on in the summer. The storytime for the kids is wonderful and very well thought out. They also have some coloring for the kids. The books are always stocked correctly, and the staff knows what they are talking about. more

Barnes and Noble 7/14/2005

This Mega-bookstore located across the street from the Burlington Mall, is a great place to sit and read a book, browse or have a coffee at their Starbucks cafe. They have something for everyone including a huge kids section with storytimes and special events and a large music section with CD's & DVD's. There are overstuffed chairs to sit and realx away an afternoon. more

outstanding store 7/2/2005

Pretty new store, that is huge! Great selection and very helpful service. They are willing to go out of their way to help you find what you need. Nice cafe with good hours. Directly across from the mall, so it's good spot to wait if your car is being serviced, or you're waiting for a movie to start. more
