Nice for Browsing and Events 6/8/2005

This Barnes and Noble is one of the quieter book stores, which is something I like about it. It's nice and roomy, so even on weekends it doesn't feel like it's crowded, which makes for comfortable browsing. They also have regular events such as book readings, signings, or storytelling. more

A great place to "chill" 6/8/2005

I love to come to this bookstore - with or without my kids - simply to hang out. Oh, occasionally I do allow myself the luxory of actually buying a book, but simply looking around here, is fun too. We often will come so I can look around, get a cup of coffee, and check out the latest best sellers and my kids can sit in the kid's area and read or play on the train table. Inexpensive entertainment! In addition, the staff here is always friendly and helpful and never too busy to answer a question or find a book. Plus, as others have mentioned, they have a wonderful selection of magazines, as well! PROS: Nice place to relax! Great selection of magazines and books! CONS: more

Great for Magazines, Too! 5/19/2005

I particularly like this B&N because they carry a lot of magazine titles that I can't find at other stores. It's nice to just go in and thumb through magazines without being bothered by staff who come over and say, "Hey, are you gonna buy that?" They also have plenty of bargain books available. You never know what you will find! more
