I really love coming to the Barnes & Noble with my son because it is so nice and inviting. We always head straight to the children's section and he plays with the trains while I look at the large selection of kid's books they have. Every time we come there they have new books on sale at really great prices! Their children's section is amazing and really nice to come and enjoy the day there. more

Friendly Staff 4/14/2005

Barnes & Noble always has very helpful employees. Each time I am in search for a book that is not available, the employees have been more than willing to help me track it down. There is also a cafe in the back where you can study and read. Barnes and Nobles members get discounts on books and drinks. You can sign up anytime for a small fee. PROS: Cafe CONS: more

A Book store where you can spend the day! 4/1/2005

By far the best book store I have ever gone to. They are conveniently located in Hawthorne Mall. They have three floors to browse and read in. They really are the quintessential book store. There is a Starbucks conveniently located inside the store. Their children's dept is huge and children friendly. There are tables and sofas to curl up in with a good book. They not only allow you to read there, they seem to invite you to do so. The international selection in the basement is outstanding as well. Great store to take the kids and invest in their love of reading! more
