The atmosphere in this store is great. They have a great layout for just plopping down with a coffee and reading a good book. The staff is very helpful, and will generally point out items that are cheaper than the one you are buying. The layout of the store is simple and easy to find anything in. The children's section is a place unto itself. If children are brought here at an early age, they will soon be book-a-holics. Just the smell of a book store can put you in a better frame of mind. more

Reading is Fun 5/1/2007

Love to shop at this store. The books are easy to see and this makes selection easier. The children's section is great - more on their height level than other stores. The only drawback is that they are on the other side of town so driving distance is not good. Otherwise it's a great place to spend the afternoon. more

You can never go wrong with a Barnes and Noble. Good selection and usually not too awful busy. Treat it like a library (read there) or a store (buy). They really don't care. more

my kids love to read, speciially more if they go to the library for a new book, the place is great for kids and they have such a variaty of books for them. more

Barnes & Noble has a great selection of books on any subject in which you could ever be interested. Kids love the special kids' section where they can feel big! Great place to spend an hour or so. more

Smith (3-Anderson) My girls love to visit the children's section. The section is kid friendly. They find it easy to locate books compared to other book stores. They carry many copies of books needed for school. I have to buy them a book to get them to leave. more

This is my favorite book store....the staff is very helpful, the store is arranged well and is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable as compared to other bookstores in the area. more

The cushioned chairs really invite you to spend the day. You really feel like part of a club of readers when you walk in and see so many readers relaxing on couches, enjoying a late-night or early-morning latte, propping up to read Michener's Chesapeake, or maybe some Grisham or maybe some JK Rowling.\r \r The coffee shop sizzles, and all's well if you're at B and N. more

Good Book Store 4/11/2007

I always enjoy this book store. It is always clean, has a great selection, and the employees are helpful. Watch out this summer for the Harry Potter Book Release Party. We were here the last time a Potter book came out and enjoyed activities offered up until the 12 am release of the book. more

This store is bigger and better than Books-A-Million. The store has a better selection of books and with the member card you can save 20% off all Hardcover adult books, 40% Off Bestsellers, and 10% off everything else in the store including the awesome Cafe that serves Starbucks coffee. The staff is Great. Everytime I visit this store I am reminded why I always come back because they are always able to help. The store also offers Wi-Fi service through AT&T. I also get great coupons by email that save's me big money every week! Also enjoy the Comfy chairs! Pros: Great customer service Cons: Wish it was on the east side of town more
