Great Book Selection 4/16/2006

This is a favorite place to go. I could spend hours in this store. The set up is great. You can find the books you are looking for because they are set up by categories. They have quite a selection on so many topics. They even have featured and recommended books. I have often picked up some of their "staff recommendation" books, because they have a little tag that describes why they like the book. It's also quite nice that they have a little cafe in there. The coffee aroma is so wonderful, you can't pass up a cup. It's nice to pick up a book or magazine and hang out in the cafe. They also have a good selection of music. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. more

Barnes and Noble - A Classic 3/23/2006

For a huge bookstore, Barnes and Noble does a pretty good job of making it feel cozy inside. With the addition of Starbucks cafes, leather club chairs and the adorable kids section, it almost feels like your hole in the wall local bookstore - minus the roaming cats of course...The prices can't be beat (except on amazon.com) and there are some great looking journals and stationary in the gifts section. Also, If you need help finding an out of print book, they are fantastic at working with you on their computer system to find it for you! more
