Barnes & Noble Booksellers is a wonderful place to shop for everyone! 7/18/2009

I purchased a book about Audrey Hepburn just recently from the Barnes & Noble in Florence. Also many gifts for people and children's books and stuffed animals for my grandchildren. Everyone on the staff is so pleasant and my whole family enjoys our many visits to this bookstore. We live 30 minutes away and visit the store about 3 times a week! We would recommend this bookstore to anyone! more

Not honest 4/28/2005

The Barnes and Noble in Florence speical ordered a book for me and they said it would be here in a week it took almost 4 months. They will give you the run around and don't have great customer service reps either. more
