Barnes and Noble has been my secondary source of literary knowledge since I was born. There will always be a need for this type of store even with the proliferation of online media retailers.Sadly, while the principles associated with this institution are good hearted, this particular Barnes and Noble is a dread to walk through due to the associates rather than the store itself. \r

One week ago, while searching for a title, I was forced to interact with some very impolite people. It seems that the all female staff has some sort of feminist driven vendetta against their customers; I observed this through the basic tone of our exchanges and of course the associate's actions. Making matters worse,the store did not honor the sale price associated with the title I was interested in as seen on their online store.
