Great variety of books 10/29/2005

This particular Barnes and Noble was okay it was very confusing to find things I was looking for, the staff was very unhelpful abd rude. I was looking around for a particular book for about 30 minutes and no one asked if they could help me find something so fianally I asked some one that worked there to help me find what I was looking for and she acted like I was wasteing her time. I was very dissapointed at the customer service at this Barnes and Noble. PROS: Great book selection, a lot of books on sale CONS: customer serice could have been a lot better more

Barnes and Noble 8/4/2005

I love the Barnes and Noble in Chesapeake. First of all it is in an awesome area. You have the mall and shopping centers galore in the area. The store has a nice variety of books available. The staff is awesome. They are always there to answer questions. They are even nice when I have called in to see if they have a certain book and then they will put it behind the desk until I get there so I don't have to go wandering in the store to look for it. Oh and the Starbucks that they have inside is awesome. They have the best coffee there than any of the other Starbucks I have been too. I highly recommend the Barnes and Noble in Chesapeake. more

HUGE INVENTORY 7/31/2005

THIS STORE HAS ALMOST EVERY HARD TO FIND BOOK AND MORE. THIS IS ALWAYS THE FIRST PLACE WE LOOK AND USUALLY DONT HAVE TO LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.THIS STORE IS WELL STAFFED AND THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN. more

barnes and noble 7/28/2005

This is the perfect place when searching for that hard to find book. If they dont have it in stock they will get it. The atmosphere is so nice here, it makes you want to stay for hours. There is so much to see, so much to choose from. And for that hard to buy for person on your gift list , they offer gift cards. The parking is great. The store is awesome and clean and the staff is super heloful. There is no other bookstore like this. more

Very nice ambiance 5/24/2005

This book store is for the reading enthusiast as well as the casual browser. Excellent customer service from the staff . Very knowledgeable information desk assistance. Comfortable seating and the aromas from the coffee shop tops off every thing. Dont forget to try their music section in the back. more

Barnes and Noble Bookstore 5/23/2005

Perfect place for those who enjoy a laid back, relaxed atmosphere. Patrons can browse books or read publications with a soft, calming music in the background. The coffee shop located within the store fills the air with an enticing aroma. more
