Barnes & Noble must pride itself on having the most low-pressure sales pitch in history ... "come on in, have some coffee, heck--sit for a few hours and read the entire book so you don't have to buy it anyway, we don't care ..."\r

Honestly, Barnes & Noble is a great place to pick up a book on just about anything. However, if you plan to spend more than 20 minutes there, good luck finding a seat--every one is typically filled by a exam-cramming college student who has mistaken the bookstore for the university library. For some reason, all of these students are also Apple laptop owners.\r

The prices are competetive, the selection is huge, and you can get a coffee to pass the time (Insider Tip: the "Starbucks" shops in the store aren't really Starbuck's ... so you know all those wonderful coffee cards you got for writing those great reviews? Well, you won't be able to use them there).
