I have visited other book stores to request a special order, but by far, Brandon's B&N is the best. The staff is always ready to assist you with a search, suggestion or special order. I recently needed to find a book that had chocolate, cats and murder as a theme, I was hoping to locate just two of the themes, but of course the staff was able to locate three books that had all the elements I was looking for on the shelf and was quick to offer the special order. Today I went in to special order a book and the staff was able to tell me one possible, and logical, reason the book was back-ordered. They took my order and will call when it is available.
