Very Nice Store 5/11/2007

I'll start of by saying that Barnes & Noble is my favorite store in the world, and I have been to quite a few. The one in Downtown Batlimore, MD is one of the nicest ones I have been to. They have most any book you could imagine, and the people there are very attentive. I had multiple people ask if I needed anything, and I usually just politely told them that I was just browsing. more

Rude People 7/11/2005

I visitied this store after taking a day trip and I have never seen such rude people. This is a very nice size book store and has lots of stuff but they are just not nice people. I waited for help while an employee just stood there and looked at me for 10 minutes. She never once smiled or offered to help and then she was just rude and smug after I asked her to help me. Oh and she wasn't doing anything at all! PROS: Huge selection, big store CONS: rude help more
