Big bookstore 5/4/2005

Barnes and Noble is the classic chain bookstore. I like to go here when I'm bored - its a great place to kill some time. You can check out whatever books (academic or otherwise) or magazines that you want to. Chairs are available around the store and there's a coffee shop at the back - I think it serves Starbucks coffee. A good place to go for some quiet, but interesting time. Good Book Store 4/29/2005

Barnes and Noble, the "leader" in book stores in the country has a relatively new store in the Athen's Promenade shopping area by On the Border restaurant. It has a nice, smallish cafe in the back area as well as a smallish CD section.\r \r Towards the middle of the store they also carry a "local" section with books about local authors and topics, i.e. Paula Deen's cookbooks (as she's from Savanah, GA). more
