Excellent experience, brought both of my dogs in for washing, ears, nails. Each done in about 45 minutes, everything was right on time. more

Excellent Experience 12/15/2012

This was our second visit to Barktown & Suds for our two dogs. The groomer and owner were very pleasent, very informative and just nice people. I would definitely recommend visiting Bobby and experience their services. more

Bobby & Valerie are FANTASTIC. Valerie took such great care of our two dogs, my first dog didn't want to leave her! Bobby is super knowledgeable and willing to discuss any issues you have with your dogs; he is a pro on proper nutrition. Already booked our next appointment! more

I have been taking my Australian Shepherd to Barktown and Suds for quite a while now and he has always come back looking and smelling so great. I am very impressed with the staff's attention to every part of the grooming process and intend to be a customer for a long time. As I left the shop a passerby said "he is so fluffy". She was right, he is fluffy! Thank you guys! more

Bodacious sure is cute, but TOTALLY uncooperative. I don't know how Valerie has the patience to groom her so beautifully. She deserves a combat medal! more

I love doing business here. Bobby and the groomers there are so sweet to my dog and the products Bobby carries are top of the line. He loves animals and it shows when you enter the store. He is very particular about the products he carries and how they will affect the dog's health. If you haven't visited his store, you should. more

Mini-Groom/Bath with Valerie 9/26/2012

I love Barktown and I am so happy they are in our neighborhood! They are helpful, gentle, knowledgeable and communicative. Our dogs always come out of their mini-groom feeling and looking much better than when they went in. I feel very comfortable also that the products that I buy there are good for my dogs. more

First time with Valerie 8/14/2012

We had made reservation on line, (very easy,very convenient).Valerie was wonderful, very knowledgeable, very professional. She took care of Cocoa my toy poodle with a lot of patience. Cocoa looks wonderful and he was very happy. Regarding the shop, the place is immaculate, not one thing is out of place. Thank you very much Barktown people. Love it. more

Valerie groomed my cocker spaniel and did a fabulous job! Very pleased and I did not have to leave my dog there all day! I dropped her off at her appt time and picked her up 2 hrs later. more

Cocoa special thanks for his first grooming. 5/17/2012

Going to Barktown and Suds for the first time was a very positive experience. No hidden place, what you see is what you get, no back room like most of the place living you anxious not knowing what’s going on back there. The shop is extremely clean and organized; the owner is very knowledgeable and very professional, his customer service skill is irreproachable. What ever you buy service or food when you live the shop, you feel that you have spent your money wisely. more
