Fake snobs with a serious attitude problem. Cannot recommend. I am also a paying customer. They got $800 from my family. Instead of making things right and respond to my review, they ban me from fb page. Derrick and Lizette are true cowards that steal from unsuspecting families. You cannot get them on the phone or any help after they get paid. They had my ... review removed so I will make another honest review. BEWARE. more

Great company 8/28/2012

Nancy is wonderful! After only ONE visit, our two loving, yet overly-boisterous pit bull mixes showed marked improvement. She has helped me learn how to be a better pack leader. Every suggestion and piece of advice she has given me has been useful, straightforward, honest, and well-explained. Not only is she helping me teach my dogs, she is also teaching ME - and I'm the person who actually needed more training! Nancy is very approachable, extremely loving with our dogs, has great patience in explaining new strategies, is lot of fun, and has a relaxed, friendly personality. Give her a call - you will NOT be disappointed! more

Choosing a dog trainer is indeed a serious endeavor. I read several books, magazines and searched the Internet but was at a loss until locating Bark Busters Christine Hanley. It all started with a phone interview and I was very pleased with the confident answers I received. Christine appeared to be organized, caring and encouraging. I have two Rottweilers and needed help. My younger Rott (1.5 years old) was displaying inappropriate behaviors; such as: chewing, running off , pulling on the leash and of course barking. I could not take much more and would not settle for anyone but the best so I made an appointment with Christine. We had our first lesson with Christine in June and saw immediate results soon after her departure. I could not believe how well she related to the dog’s thinking patterns. She was able to give me the tools to be a strong leader and taught me how to shape the dogs behavior. I believe it is all in the expertise of the trainer. Christine is fabulous! I would recommend Christine to a true dog lover. She is a gift to all of us. I will continue to practice her techniques and enjoy being a fierce leader. more

We have a beagle/boxer mix that thought he was clearly the "pack leader." We were having trouble making him mind and obey commands in general. Christine stepped in, and with her vast knowledge and exceptional communication skills, taught us how to correct behavior with the pack leader mentality. We saw immediate improvement, and continue to rely on her advice and great ideas as we continue to train at home. Christine has an incredible skill set, and while she is "all business" in terms of using our time to the best advantage, she does so with an empathetic tone. It is very obvious that she truly loves and understands dogs. We tried two other training methods prior to Bark Busters, with no success. We finally made the right choice! more

By the end of the training, barking decreased significantly. The training experience was incredibly interesting! I don't look at the behavior of a dog the same way now. No previous training person explained how a dog thinks & responds. I would recommend Bark Busters! more

I immediately noticed results from the first training with my pit bull. As each week and training session progresses, I've observed excellent progress and results. I definitely enjoy each training session. You come to find it's not just about training and correcting the dog; it's about creating a long lasting bond between dog and owner and really making the home environment comfortable for everyone. The training has definitely contributed to that! I recommend that everyone try Bark Busters as an excellent way to lay a good foundation for your dog and family. I would like to thank Bark Busters and especially my trainer, Christine Hanley, for imparting such valuable information and techniques to my family and me.
