When I first met Darlene, owner and professional pet sitter of Bark Avenue Pets Inc., three years ago, I realized how fortunate my pets would be while she cared for them in my home. Darlene has always been available to pet sit for my three dogs and cat, and even under emergency or last minute need situations. I know that if I am delayed getting home, a simple phone call to Darlene will put my mind and heart at ease. She always makes herself available to help me, even at times when her schedule is very busy. My fur babies adore Darlene and they are always ecstatic to see her. I know that she will spend ""extra time"" with them just to be certain they are okay before she leaves them. Darlene is a wealth of information on issues of pet care and pet health. I owe her such a huge debt of gratitude for supporting me through cancer surgeries for Prince and Paris at this time last year, and especially when she sat for me during the nine months that I visited my Mom in the hospital and nursing home. It was my good fortune to meet Darlene three years ago and I very highly recommend her services to anyone who loves and wants the very best care for their pets.\r more

Bark Avenue Pets/Darlene is very professional, reasonable prices, and gives tender loving care for my dogs. I trust this business/owner with not only my dogs but also with the keys to my home. I have called her in emergencies and last minute situations and she has been flexible and accomodating. She is always very kind and obviously is dedicated to customer service. \r \r As for E C.'s comment I think she is confused and talking about another company. There is no way her comment could be meant for Bark Avenue/Darlene. more

OMG, we love Bark Avenue Pets and Darlene. She goes above and beyond loving our four legged friends. She comes with treats every time. She is super professional, texting and calling with updates as WE need them. During a tornado watch when we were traveling our three boys called and texted her what seemed like every moment for an update on our pups. She sent pictures and called to tell them that if she thought they were in ANY danger she would bring them to her house to be cared for. Our oldest said, she loves them just as much as we do!! We feel like she is part of our family! Thanks Darlene for a great job! more

I have used the service of Bark Avenue Pets services for 5 years. Darlene the owner is fantastic. She does a wonderful job and my 4 legged children love her. Rather I'm out of town or out of the country I feel very comfortable that my pets are very well looked after. As for E.C.'s comment I would and have recommended Bark Avenue Pets to many people and continue to do so. \r more

the woman at Bark Avenue Pets is very unprofessional and very hard to deal with. She did not walk my dog for the lenght of time she charged for, and adds a charge for every little thing. Very dissappointing. more
