They did exact;y what i asked for while also providing my little guy with a comfortable environment for his grooming. more

Take Your Dog Here!!! Im so glad I decided to stop by Bark Aveue on a whim. I pass it everyday leaving my house and coming back. I haven't been impressed with the other pet grooming places I've been too. It smells lovely when you first walk in, and also they don't keep your dog in cages, they let them roam around with the other dogs to play!!This is my second time taking my shih-tzu Rocky there. Kerry is always so nice when I see her, she answers all of my questions without rushing me out. I don't keep my dog shaved like most shih-tzu owners, I love his beautiful fur. Kerry is able to trim his coat and still keep amble fur on him to leave him looking like a fluffy pooch which I love. Thank you Bark Avenue!! more

I just moved here from South Carolina. I was looking for a pet groomer for my Golden Retriever. I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical. I am a firm believer that you should not believe all that you read. You should experience for yourself. With hesitation I make an appointment with Bark Avenue. The staff was great. They were all very friendly and very attentive to my pet. Keri, one of the groomers also has a Golden and understood exactly what I wanted to do to my dog. When I picked her up, she was beautiful. Very clean and trimmed just the way I wanted. Thank you Bark Avenue. I will definately be back. And a personal thank you to Keri. more

My dog spent the day at Bark Avenue, NEVER AGAIN!! They cut her nails too closely and caused her toe to bleed and did not even bother to tell us what had happened when we picked her up. We knew nothing about it until we got her home and she was limping. We got her home and I took off her halter and she was SOAKING WET under her halter. They did not take her halter off to wash or dry her. I will NEVER take her back there. I give that place 2 thumbs DOWN. Cons: Injured Dog - Did not dry - Poor care more

Matt is the nicest and friendliest groomer. He listens to your instructions and works with you to get the best style for your dog. He remembers each dog and is always excited to see them when it's that time again. I have recommended to many friends and they agree. Check him out - you won't be sorry. We used to go to another groomer but after my yorkie received the worst hair cut of her life, we were in search of a groomer. I looked on the internet and read all the reviews on all the groomers in Chattanooga, TN when I can across the review for Bark Avenue. Everthing written was absolutely true. Matt done a wonderful job! My little yorkie looked so beautiful! I was so pleased with her hair cut, their service, friendliness and the setup of their salon. I will never take my dog to any other groomer. I've just picked her up from Bark Avenue on E. Brainerd Rd and she looks and smells wonderful! I was most impressed, however, with how happy and relaxed she seemed when I picked her up. My Goldendoodle, Bindi, is a little bit shy and nervous. The groomer, Matt, was wonderful with her. He sat on the floor and talked to her, petted her, and generally put the dog at ease. Anybody can cut a dog's hair, but it takes a real dog whisperer to keep the dogs happy and relaxed during what can be a really stressful day for them. I can't write a review that is glowing enough. They are wonderful and I know that Bindi is in good hands when she's at Bark Avenue. They love what they do, and it really shows. Thank you, Bark Avenue! Bindi and I are your newest, loyal customers!
