I have to say, I used to work here 5 years ago as a receptionist. Back then, I knew the compassion of the people who worked there because I knew them as people, but I didn't know the full extent of their caring on the patient side of things. My cat Charlie is a reoccurring feline lower urinary tract disease kitty. Today was his 5th time blocking, and although Barbur was only continuing his care from the emergency, I now know the compassion of the staff on a pet owner level. These are real people, with real understanding, and real love. Their facility is homey, and I want to say that coming from several clinics that had top of the line brand new buildings and equipment.. sometimes clinics can be just like old cars... they may not look as cool, but they do the job much better and then some. Personally, I love the cottage style look as it feels like home and I believe the animals feel the same way. People that look for pristine hospital white sterility, please don't let the home like feel bring your opinions of the place down because as we all know you cannot judge a book by its cover. Would you rather a clinic put all of their money into making it look perfect, or put their money into it actually being close to perfect with their provided care? Please bring your pets here, they will get absolutely the best loving care that they can get.
