Helping the wild 6/15/2010

I found an injured mourning dove in my backyard near our birdfeeder, and with many cats and dogs roaming the area, I wanted to find a way to save it. I called my own vet and was informed they do not deal in birds, but was given the number for BVC. The receptionist was very polite and offered that if I could catch it, they would take it & if possible, rehabilitate it to be released back into the wild. My little girl was so worried about the "little birdie" that I asked that someone call me to let me know how it was doing. To my suprise I DID receive a voicemail just a few short hrs later informing me it had a fractured wing and they had sent it with a local "rehab" person to nurse it back to health, :) I am very impressed with how they handled this when I am not even a customer !! more

Barberton Veterinary Clinic is awesome!! 3/25/2009

My husband and I have been taking our pets to Barberton Vet Clinic for 3 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. We have ferrets, both of whom have had health issues and they have taken wonderful care of them. We see Dr. Dulka, who is awesome, but our ferrets have also been seen by Dr's Riggs and Selig, who are also very knowledgeable and caring. Dr Riggs did surgery on our male ferret last summer, and he is doing very well. Everyone there is very kind and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. We have never had a problem getting an appointment for our pets--they often see us on the day that we call. They do a great job of discussing fees for services before the services are performed, and will always offer treatment alternatives. They treat pets and owners with a lot of respect. more

Barberton Veterinary Clinic 5/23/2006

Barberton Veterinary Clinic is a very reliable vet clinic for your pet. They are open long hours, and are available for immediate appointments. The vet is very good at her job, and is very practical. She did what she said she would do, and that adds a certain level of confidence to the clinic. The prices are about average. I recommend. more
