Hi, I was moving from out of state and am a physician in training. \r

One agent Blanca Aguirre was very unprofessional. I had a credit issue( my exhusbands credit card and I had to pay it off several years ago and it was still showing up on my credit report), this agent did not look at the report while I was in SF, told me that she will work with me and when I showed her the proof that it has been paid off, including the credit report that says balance not applicable, she was not convinced. \r
\r
In addition, I spent at least 8 hours sending her faxes to prove I have a car( she was suspicious as I didn't remember the exact license plate numbers), and then she questioned me that I don't write the addresses of all my references though I wrote the phone numbers ( she did not pick up the phone and did not call even one person), and the next day she simply said I am not pursuing your application and thanks for sending all the information but I am not going to look at it. I called Paul Barbaragelata but his machine said to call the secretary and the secretary's answering machine said call Paul. - I thought that was just the cherry on the cake. It was quite the welcome to San Francisco. \r

Bottom line: go anywhere but there and if u have to, make sure that the person you are interacting with does not have an attitude like Ms Blanca did, and don't deal with her if you are a female.
Pros: no pros if u have an alternative
Cons: real estate agents are variable and I got someone who was lazy and did not know how to read a credit report.
