Worst Experience Ever!! 12/19/2011

I bought expensive wood flooring from Barb Lin and they did not follow manufacturer recommended guidlines. They should also know enough to have steared me from this flooring to the same floor with a better install option. Since the flooring was installed with no vapor barrior the entire floor has been damaged by moister in the slab. Barb Lin does not care. They do not take any responsibility and for the expensive service and floor they should care a little. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. unthoughtful, unknowledable and uncaring company. more
